Registrations / Recall & updates
This screen shows the intended workflow for sending recall and product-update notices to registered owners. Actual sending is planned for v1.1 — today this validates the flow with your team; nothing is sent from here yet.
Step 1
Target owners by a serial number range. This should match the manufacturing batch or lot implicated in the issue.
End month must be on or after the start month.
The manufacture-date range and serial range describe the same production batch — in a future version this date range will be auto-filled from the serial range via production records, rather than entered separately by hand as it is in this mockup.
Of these, 298 are verified and have opted in to the selected notice type below. Unverified or opted-out owners will not receive a message.
Low reach — consider other ways to contact unregistered owners.
Step 2
This determines which consent bucket governs delivery and how the notice is framed to owners.
Step 3
Sending a recall notice is an official, hard-to-undo action. It will be logged with your account, the exact serial range, and the message content for compliance purposes.
Will be sent to 298 verified, opted-in owners once v1.1 sending is enabled.
