What's your machine showing?

The machine has detected a boiler temperature above safe operating range and has stopped heating automatically.

Steps to resolve

1. 1

   Turn off and unplug the machine. Let it cool for at least 30 minutes.

2. 2

   Check the water tank isn't empty and the inlet valve isn't blocked.

3. 3

   Plug in and restart. If E-04 reappears, stop use and contact support.
