What's your purifier showing?

The purifier has detected resistance on the fan motor, usually caused by something blocking the intake or exhaust vents, and has reduced fan speed to protect the motor.

Steps to resolve

1. 1

   Turn off and unplug the unit. Check both the front intake grille and rear exhaust vent for dust buildup, hair, or obstructions.

   Remove the HEPA-13 filter and check nothing is caught between the filter and the fan housing.

3. 3

   Reseat the filter, plug in and restart. If E-03 reappears, stop use and contact support.
